This notice explains how Alexo Photography handles information provided through this website and photography inquiries.
Information collected
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, event type, event date if known (or an indication that the date is not decided yet), event city or area, and message. Phone number, venue if known, collection preference, and budget are optional. We may also receive information you share when following up by email or phone. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information in your inquiry.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand your photography needs, discuss availability and coverage, respond to your questions, and maintain relevant business communications. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve or hold an event date.
Service providers
Alexo Photography uses Firebase / Google Cloud to store information submitted through the inquiry form and Resend to deliver inquiry notifications to Alexo Photography. These providers process inquiry information as part of providing those services.
Data retention
Non-client inquiry records may generally be retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. If you become a client, contracts, invoices, transaction records, and related business records may be retained longer as reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, legal, security, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes. If you request deletion, we will review the request and delete information that is not required or reasonably permitted to be retained. Deleted information may remain temporarily in routine backups until those backups are replaced or expire.
Email and phone communication
After an inquiry is submitted, Resend is used to send Alexo Photography an email notification containing the inquiry details needed to review and respond. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in marketing SMS. No automated SMS marketing is active. Any future promotional SMS or email marketing will require separate review and appropriate consent before activation.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and advertising tracking are not yet active. This website uses a short-lived essential cookie to display a confirmed inquiry receipt. The cookie does not contain your contact details and is not used for advertising or analytics. This notice will be revised when tracking services are actually enabled.
Spam and abuse protection
We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the inquiry form from spam and automated abuse. It processes technical information about your browser, device, and interaction with the form, and uses a necessary security cookie for risk analysis. Google processes this information on our behalf to provide and maintain the protection service. Our server sends Google a security token, the website key, and the submission action for verification; it does not include your inquiry message or contact fields in that verification request. If the security check cannot be completed, you can contact us by phone instead.
Security
No website, electronic transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit your inquiry to the information needed to discuss your photography plans and avoid sending sensitive documents or account credentials through the form. Contact us if you have a concern about information you have shared.
Privacy questions and requests
You may call Alexo Photography using the phone number on this page to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. We may request reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you. Requests will be reviewed in light of the information involved and any applicable retention requirements or permitted reasons to retain it.

We may update this notice as our website and practices change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Please review this page for updated information.
